Accessing Live Feed: 

• Click the folder button to access layouts for each store. Double click the store you’d like to view.
• The button to the right controls the camera view, as in, how many cameras you want to view simultaneously.

Remote playback: 

• Click the camera(s) you want to view playback for. If you want to watch multiple cameras at a time, please select the “Select all cameras” button (circled in green).
• To jump to a specific time and date, you can use the Playback Menu in the lower left hand corner (outlined in blue). You’ll know they are selected when there is a thin blue box around the camera
• Once you’ve got the date, there’s a timeline at the bottom (outlined in yellow) that allows you to move within the specified time frame. If you hover your muse over the timeline and scroll, you will see more or less specific times you can skip to.

Exporting footage: 

You will be using the toolbar at the top to set the start and end time for recording.

1. Start time: green flag
2. End time: red flag
3. Begin download: film icon with green upward arrow

• Go to the time you want to begin recording and click the green flag. Then, skip or watch until you have seen the event you want to capture, click the red flag. Then click the button next(film icon) to it to begin download. You will see green and red markers appear on the timeline.
• An export window will appear, showing you where the file will export to. Feel free to change this with the three dots. Click “Start” to download. A progress bar will appear, and the app will give you another popup that the Export has been finished.
