Hey team,
To resolve your printer error, please try the following steps:
- Restart the printer using the power switch on the rear side. Turn it off, wait for the machine to power down, then switch it back on. It must be in a “Print Mode Ready” state.
- Checking the roll placement and alignment:

From the “Print Mode Ready” Screen, click Escape/Clear to enter the Main Menu. Scroll until you see “Setup”, click Enter/Pause.
On the SETUP page, navigate to “Supply”, click Enter/Pause
In the SUPPLY menu, go to “Supply Type” and Click Enter/Pause
SUPPLY TYPE should be Black Mark. If it says anything besides Black Mark, use the arrow keys to switch it to Black Mark. Click Enter/Pause when Black Mark is selected.
You’ll be at the SUPPLY screen, use the arrow to go to Ribbon, click Enter/Pause when you see Ribbon.
RIBBON should be set to No. If it is set to Yes, change it to No. Click Enter/Pause
Click Escape/Clear 2 times, then click Enter/Pause. You should be back at the “Print Mode Ready” Screen. Now try to print some tickets.
If you have verified that the above is correctly set and are still experiencing errors while printing, let me know and I will assist further. Please have your printer power cycled and on the “Print Mode Ready” Screen.
